This is the Dark Shadows PLus! Theme.

Steps to use:
1. Unzip the files into the folder indicated in the Self-Extractor
   window.
2. Enter your Windows 95 control panel, select Fonts, then, under File,
   click Install New Font.  Navigate to 
   C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Dark_Shadows and install what you
   find there.
3. Running the Theme:
   a. If you have Microsoft Plus!
      Navigate to C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Dark_Shadows with
      Explorer or whatever file manager you use and double-click
      "Dark Shadows (High Colour).theme" or "Dark Shadows (Low
      Colour).theme" according to which matches your system.  When
      the Theme window pops up, click OK.
   b. If you do not have MIcrosoft Plus!
      Point your web browser at:
      http://209.8.76.171/applications.htm
      and select one of the theme shareware programs availaible. Follow
      the directions for whatever program you choose.
